1. Please provide me with information relating to pothole/ road repairs in your council area during the 2017/18, 2018/19 and 2019/20 financial years.

In a spreadsheet format, please detail:
• The date of each repair
• The road/ street name where each repair was carried out
• A description (where possible) of the road defect

2. Please also provide me with the total cost of such road repairs to the council in each of the listed financial years.
