• The number of complaints (letters or emails) received by the council about non-domestic rates between 1 February and 23 March 2020.
• Please provide copies of these complaints if they exist.

In accordance with section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 we can confirm that no complaints of this type are recorded for the period requested.
