I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from Moray Council -
Successful Moray Business rate payer applicants for the £25,000 Business Grant Application (available due to Civid19 pandemic)

Please provide the information in the form of a successful applicant list and an unsuccessful applicant list

The requested information is recorded in such a manner that there is a mix of personal and company data and it is not possible to accurately differentiate between company and person names. This information is therefore exempt under section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
