FOI Request - Local Police Plans

May I request the following information under freedom of information legislation:

1) The number of times the local authority has not approved a local police plan submitted by a local police commander to the local authority since the obligation to submit a local police plan to the local authority was introduced in 2013.

2) If a local police plan had not been approved, the number of times the local police commander submitted a new plan to the local authority and the local authority subsequently agreed to the local police plan.

As these are published on the Council website, this information is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible.
