FOI Request - Covid OneView System
I am writing to make a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding your use of Xantura’s Covid OneView system.
1. Has your council previously used, does it currently use, or does it hold plans to use Xantura’s Covid OneView platform?
2. If the answer to Q1 is 'yes', please provide documents, or written answers if absolutely necessary, regarding the following:
1. What is the purpose of your council's use of Covid OneView (e.g. targeting people in need of support, contact tracing etc);
2. The number of individuals included/enrolled in the Covid OneView database;
3. A full list of the data fields (structured or unstructured) provided by the Council for use in the Covid OneView system;
4. A full list of the data fields provided by other sources for use in the Covid OneView system
5. A full list of the outcome categories, alerts, labels, risk score etc that may result on the platform following the data processing.
6. Please provide a copy of any Data Protection Impact Assessment related to the platform;
7. Please provide a copy of Equality Impact assessment related to the platform;
8. Please provide any training documents used by the council in relation to the platform;
9. Please provide any performance reviews of the platform, relevant to the council.
