The effects of racist incidents can be very distressing for members of minority ethnic communities. The Moray Council is committed to making positive efforts to eliminate racial discrimination and to promote good relations between and towards minority ethnic communities in Moray.

If you feel you have been a victim of a racist incident or think you may have witnessed one, please contact the Council’s Racist Incident Monitoring Officer / Corporate Policy Unit on 01343 563050 for advice on how to report it.
