c) how many Home Educated children received these payments in financial years:

(ii) 2022/23.

3a) Not held. No formal record of this decision is held because financially eligible home educated children and young people were included in bridging payments since they were introduced in December 2020. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

b) Families could apply using the application process noted on our website at http://www.moray.gov.uk/moray_standard/page_55486.html, which is a single form for claiming Council tax reduction, housing benefit and education allowances. Bridging payments were regularly promoted on our social media platforms, which complemented the information supplied by Scottish Government.
