Three mobile libraries serve the rural areas of Moray, sheltered housing complexes and the outskirts of Elgin. Mobile libraries visit in a fortnightly basis.

Mobile 1, based in Keith covers the area north and west of Keith as far as Lhanbryde.

Mobile 2, based in Keith covers the area south and west of Keith, including Speyside.

Mobile 3, based in Elgin covers the outskirts of Elgin and the area west of Elgin as far as Brodie.
