I am writing to make a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2002.

I would be grateful if you could provide me with the following information regarding damp and mould complaints made to your local authority housing sector.

If possible I would like the information for the financial years 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23.

               1. The number of complaints made regarding damp and mould for the financial years;
                               a.  2020/21
                               b. 2021/22
                               c. 2022/23
               2. How many outstanding complaints regarding damp and mould are there currently?
               3. What is the longest period of time a current outstanding complaint has been filed for?

1. Please note that we have assumed that by complaint this refers to either a formal complaint or MP/MSP enquiry. Our system has no field to identify damp/mould, and so our report is based on a free text search. In addition, please note that the same household may appear in both the complaint and MP/MSP enquiry categories, and may also have complained multiple times.
