FOI Request - Mould Presence at Forres Academy

I am writing to make a formal request under the Freedom of Information Act 2002 regarding the presence of mould within Forres Academy.

My daughter is currently a student at Forres Academy and has been experiencing health issues that exacerbate each time she returns to the school building.

This may be being triggered by exposure to moulds.
Please note, while I am aware that affected sections are no longer in use by the pupils, it is the nature of mould growth that spores travel widely within an affected building.

I am seeking information that would crucially assist in the medical investigations and treatment of my daughter's condition.

I therefore kindly request the following information.

1.  What are the details of the investigations conducted to identify the mould species involved, such as air, surface and growth samples, microscopy, and culture studies?

2.  What species of moulds and spores have been identified within the building of Forres Academy?

3. What steps are being taken to treat the moulds found in the building, and when is this remedial treatment to be completed?

4.  What are the findings of the specialist air quality and ventilation report conducted by Richardson and Starling?

5.  What advice has been sought and received by Moray Council from environmental health regarding the presence of moulds within Forres Academy?

6.  What advice has been sought and received from Public Health regarding the presence of Moulds at Forres Academy?

7.  What information has been given to parents, carers and staff to ensure all pupils are aware of the impact of moulds on health, as a precautionary measure, whilst the building is used by pupils and staff?
