This is reference to Lossiemouth Library on the High Street

1. Could you please advise what plans Moray Council have for the old library in Lossiemouth.

1. We can confirm that the ownership of the former library is with the Moray Council. It is currently being used for Council purposes.
There are no currently no plans to change the use of the building, therefore Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held - is applicable.
