1. Please may I have a copy of all documents (excluding deeds) relating to Merson Park, Buckie.

1. There are various documents held concerning Merson Park, along with paper copies pre 2012. Collating these papers would take over 40 hours of staff time which would cost the Council in excess of £600. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, excessive cost, we are therefore unable to comply with your request. The requester might want to submit a revised, more specific FOI request with regards to the type of document and/or the time-scale they are requesting, as this may help to reduce the time required.
