FOI Request - Adult Community Support Services

I was wondering if you could supply the following information under FOI regarding your Adult Community Support services:

The Hourly rate paid to providers of this service for financial year 22/23, 23/24 and 25/26

Parameters
Providers are any suppliers either commissioned via local agreements or national frameworks
Where you have providers on different rates, please provide an average rate
Adult Community Support refers to any service users who receive commissioned services in the community and can be classified as an adult with learning disabilities, adults with mental health or adults with physical disability aged between 18-64
This should exclude any service provided by in-house teams

The Council does not have one hourly rate for all providers, as the information is not held then Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2003 (FOISA), Information not held, is applicable. The Council does hold hourly rates attached to specific providers, however, this is exempt under Section 33(1)(b) of FOISA, commercial sensitivity.
