I would be grateful if you could please provide me with a complete and up-to-date list of all business (non-residential) property rates data for your local authority, including the following fields (where possible):

- Ratepayer
- Property Address
- Post Code
- Assessor Reference Number
- Rateable Value
- Ratepayer Liability Start Date
- Assessment Description
- Empty (Y/N)
- Empty Start Date
- Small Business Bonus Scheme (Y/N)
- Small Business Bonus Scheme Start Date
- Mandatory Relief (Y/N)
- Discretionary Relief (Y/N)
- Fresh Start Relief
- New Property Relief
- Improved Property Relief
- Other Reliefs
- Net Rates Payable

I appreciate that properties where the ratepayer is an individual would be excluded from my request. In such cases, please provide the remaining information with the Ratepayer either blank or listed as 'individual'.

Moray Council publishes Non Domestic Rates data quarterly to its website. The next update should be done within the next week, therefore this information is exempt under section 27(1) of the Act, due for publication within the next 12 weeks.
