I am seeking animal activities licensing information pertaining to horses, ponies, donkeys and mules in the Moray Council area, as I can not appear to find a public register with this information.

Please could you provide me with:

1. The total number of establishments holding current licences for the hiring out of horses (including riding schools, horse trekking, pony riding parties, hunts (hunter hirelings), polo or polocrosse instruction, pony and donkey rides) in the Moray Council area as of June 2025

2. The names of the above licensed establishments for hiring out horses

3. The total number of establishments holding current licenses for the keeping and training of animals for exhibits (performing animals) that utilise horses, ponies, donkeys or mules in the Moray Council area as of June 2025

4. The names of the above licensed establishments for keeping and training of animals for exhibits that utilise horses, ponies, donkeys or mules

The licences are for riding establishments and performing animals. There are none of the latter.
