1. Prior to 2023 most categories were not recorded in a searchable format. It would take in excess of 40 hours of staff time to search through the records manually and this would cost the Council in excess of £600. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, excessive cost, we are therefore unable to comply with this part of your request.
