I woud like to request the following information;

1. Does every school, which your council is responsible for, have single-sex toilet facilities for pupils?
a) Please list the schools and confirm that they have single-sex only spaces and if there are mixed-sex/gender-neutral spaces too.

2. Does every school, which your council is responsible for, have single-sex toilet facilities for staff?

3. Do your schools still adhere to the unlawful, per For Women Scotland v Scottish Ministers case, Supporting transgender young people in schools: guidance for Scottish schools' guidance?

4. Is your council currently reviewing any policies in relation to school per the For Women Scotland v Scottish Ministers case?

1. & 2. Every school in Moray has single sex toilets with the provision of accessible toilets in each school building; this includes staff provision.

3. Moray do not provide Unisex toilets in our schools and adhere to the interim guidance provided by the EHRC following the UK Supreme Court ruling (please see: https://www.equalityhumanrights.com/media-centre/interim-update-practical-implications-uk-supreme-court-judgment )
