Please provide information relating to the Moray Council Youth Music Initiative (YMI) program for all years between 2003 and 2025, including:
1. YMI budgets granted per annum.
2. Number of full time/part time YMI funded posts per annum.
3. Salaries per post per annum.
4. All other expenditure i.e. instruments costs, travel costs etc. per annum.
