Can you please provide answers to the following questions in relation to your authority.

With the exception of the Council Leader, Conveners & Depute Conveners:
1. How many days in advance of Committees/Boards are papers available to Elected Members in electronic format?

2. How many days in advance of Committees/Boards are papers issued to Elected Board/Committee Members in hard/paper copy?

3. Do you ‘discount’ a Saturday or Sunday as a relevant day?

1. Agendas are published 7 calendar days before the meetings.

2. An email is sent to all Councillors and Officers notifying them when an agenda has been published electronically, this email is also sent to the Council’s Print Room. The papers are then printed as a result of that email. When the printed copy is available depends on when the agenda is published but paper copies are usually available from 6 days prior to the meeting. All Councillors have access to the papers electronically regardless of whether or not they also receive paper copies.
