Please provide recorded information you have on byelaws under section 315 Housing (Scotland) Act 1987.

We are interested in recorded information relating to the following matters:

1. Whether you have any byelaws pursuant to section 315, and if so, please supply copies of these and state if they are still in force or not.

2. Your policy or procedure for complying with section 315 [whether standalone or in a wider document].

3. a) Any information you have given to Scottish Ministers pursuant to section 315(2) seeking to show that it is unnecessary that you make byelaws under this section and

b) Any information you have received back from Scottish Ministers on this matter [especially on whether or not Scottish Ministers granted you with a dispensation].

If it helps you to refine your searches we are most interested in recorded information during the period 1 April 2019 to the present day. However, anything in scope of the request before that date is also of interest.
