I would please like to request the following information held by the local authority under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002:

1. In relation to mediation:
a) The number of cases in your local authority currently in mediation for Additional Support Needs (ASN)
b) How long these cases have been running
c) The costs to the council for engagement in mediation in each of the last three years

2. In relation to tribunals:
a) The number of active cases currently at tribunal for ASN
b) How long these cases have been running
c) The costs to the council in each of the last three years for engagement in tribunals
d) The number of times the council has secured the services of Queen's Council/King's Council to represent them at tribunals in each of the last three years
