1. Could you please provide information on the number of missed bin collections in your local authority area for the years 2023 and 2024?

2. Additionally, I would like to know how many complaints were made regarding missed domestic bin collections in both years.

3. Finally, can you inform me about the total number of recycling bins of all types currently in circulation in your local authority area?

2. 2023 - Household Collection Complaints received relating to missed bins - 36 (Upheld - 16, Partially Upheld - 3, Resolution - 0)
2024 - Household Collection Complaints received relating to missed bins - 61 (Upheld - 27, Partially Upheld - 7, Resolution - 6)

3. We currently provide each household with 5 bins:
240 litre General waste bin
140/240 litre Paper & Card bin
140/240 litre Cans & Plastics bin
240 litre Food waste bin (option to include garden waste if permit purchased)
40 litre box/hessian bag for Glass bottles & jars
