FOI Request - School Fraud

Under Freedom of Information legislation, I wish to request the following:

1. All information on suspected fraudulent activity by parents or guardians in their attempts to secure a place for a child at a school in your area in each of the last three years, i.e. 2023, 2024 and so far in 2025.
This should include:
a) the number of times applicants’ home addresses have been visited by your fraud investigators,
b) including the first 3 digits of their postcode,
c) the number of applications for places rejected due to suspected fraud
d) plus a summary of your most common grounds for refusal.

2. If you have undertaken any form of legal action against a parent or guardian in this period, due to a suspected fraudulent application, please provide details of these as well.
