FOI Request - IJB Defunding Adult ADHD/Autism Assessment Pathways

I am submitting this request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 to the Moray IJB,
I seek clarification regarding the decision by the Integration Joint Board to withdraw, reduce, or not fund adult ADHD and/or autism diagnostic assessment pathways.
Specifically, please confirm:

1. Information not held. 

Moray mental health services have never offered an ADHD or autism assessment service.

Moray mental health services do see and treat people, if clinically appropriate, with ADHD/comorbid mental illness through out-patient clinics - via GP referral.

People can self-refer to the Grampian Adult Autism Assessment team - this is managed by NHS Grampian.
