1. As at 20 October 2025, the longest stay in temporary accommodation for a household is 252 days, this is of those who are currently in temporary accommodation on the above date.
2. As at 20 October 2025, the longest stay in temporary accommodation for a household is 159 days with a child(ren) in it (In the absence of a specific definition, the following figure considers a child as anyone under the age of 16), this is of those who are currently in temporary accommodation on the above date.

9. During the financial year 2024/25, the highest number of times a household has been moved to different accommodation while in temporary accommodation for any household is 5 times.

An applicant’s circumstances may worsen or improve during the life of their housing application and this means their total number of points may be reassessed and their position can change frequently.
