FOI Request - Land Reserved for Health Centre in Fochabers

I am looking for any correspondence in general the Moray Council received from Grampian NHS on the Land reserved for a future health Centre in Fochabers (OPP2 Lennox Cresent 1.6ha in the local plan), all correspondence since 2010, but I am also looking for in particular the correspondence received most recently from the NHS on the planning application

The information is commercially sensitive and therefore exempt under Section 33(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002; since although the application (ref 24/01331/PPP) has already been decided, there may be further applications or changes before any approved building works are completed.
