The council is keen to help residents to recycle to the maximum and as well as providing a kerbside collection for recyclable waste, it provides a number of recycling centres and points. These facilities can be used for those occasions (for example clearing out an attic or shed) where residents may find they have too much recyclable and/or residual waste and cannot wait until collection day.

The Moray Council offer a number of Recycling Points. These are open 24 hours a day but please be courteous to local residents and do not use the points during unsociable hours. Do not leave litter or excess waste at these points. View our waste guide
to find your nearest Recycling Point.
The Recycling Centres offer a wider range of facilities for disposing of your waste. You can view or download a copy of our Waste Aware Guide - Recycling Centres
for locations, opening times and details on the range of materials that can be accepted along with the associated opening times.
