| Moray Council’s commitment to Arts Development at a local level is reflected through its three Arts Development Workers, located in Elgin, Fochabers and Forres. Covering Central, East and West Moray, the aim of the ADWs is to develop wider opportunities for access and participation to a broad range of arts and cultural activities. As experienced arts professionals, the role of the ADWs is to support and develop programmes that increase and enhance opportunities for participating in and experiencing the arts. |

From festivals to live video-art happenings, public art to storytelling, environmental arts projects to music development, the ADWs enable individuals and groups to realise their full creative potential.
