The Council works in a culture of continuous improvement and constantly strives to improve performance. Targets are set annually and monitored by the Communities Committee and Housing Sub-Committee quarterly.

The Council commissions an independent tenant satisfaction survey every 3 years. Our most recent survey was carried out in 2007. The survey revealed high levels of customer satisfaction however, notwithstanding this, the Council will strive for improvements. It is only by listening to, and acting on, our tenants' views that we will continue to achieve these levels of satisfaction.
