Forres Register Office
Forres is a historic town with award-winning parks and gardens, which recently celebrated 500 years as a Royal Burgh. It has many local attractions, which include a museum, monuments and Nelson's Tower (built to commemorate Admiral Lord Nelson).
The Forres Registration Office has a modern marriage room with seating for a total of 26 people.
It is situated near the Mosset Burn where wedding photographs can be taken in the beautiful surroundings of the Rose Gardens.
You may get married, during office hours, Monday to Friday or by appointment on a Saturday.
You may arrange your own choice of flowers and music.
Video recording of the marriage ceremony is permitted.
