The Moray & Nairn Educational Trust is currently undergoing a legal review.  The details below may be subject to change.  

The closing date for 2011/2012 applications is Friday 30 September 2011.  Current applications will be considered at a meeting of the Education General Purposes Sub Committee on 7 March 2012.  Applications received with effect from 26 January 2012 will be considered after the closing date for 2012/2013 applications - 30 September 2012.

Who can Apply?

Grants are available to:-

• persons resident in the former combined County of Moray and Nairn,
• school pupils or young persons attending Moray & Nairn schools or further education centres or resident in Moray and Nairn
• Moray & Nairn schools and further education centres
• clubs and organisations operating for the benefit of persons belonging to Morayshire or Nairnshire

Grants are means tested, the upper limit of household earnings is £20,000 plus an allowance for dependent children.
