Grants are available every financial year. The closing date is 30 September each year. Applications are now closed for the 2009/2010. Applications received before 30 September 2009 will be considered at a meeting of the Governors of the Joint Board of the Banffshire Educational Trust at their meeting on 11 November 2009.
Grant applications received after 30 September will be considered at a meeting after next year's closing date, usually in November or December.
