The registration of private landlords under the Anti Social Behaviour (Scotland) Act 2004 was introduced from 30 April 2006.
It is an offence to rent out a property without registering as a landlord with the local authority where the property is located.
You can register online or contact us for an application form. A 10% discount applies for all on-line applications.
