The Moray Council Educational Services has a zoning policy for all schools. All schools serve a local catchment area which
has been determined by the Educational Services committee. These catchment areas are known as delineated areas in legislation.
Information on particular school catchment areas are available at each school or from Educational Services.
Every parent has a right, without necessarily giving reasons, to make a request to Educational Services to have their child
enrolled in the school of his/her choice. This right can be exercised at any time. This right is called a placing request.
