Introduction

Moray Council is developing the Second Moray Local Transport Strategy through a series of stages and we are interested in your views.

The Scottish Executive has issued guidance to all local authorities to prepare new strategies covering a three-year period. The Second Moray Local Transport Strategy (MLTS2) is to be developed through the planning and appraisal process set out in the Scottish Transport Appraisal Guidance (STAG) and the requirements of the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Regulations. The proposed stages of the development of the Second Moray Local Transport Strategy are set out below.
