Applicant's Site Notice - (84KB)(opens in new window) MS Word Version - to be displayed in a prominent position at least for the duration of the 21 day advert period (of which applicants will be individually notified) where it can be read from the outside by the general public. It is not acceptable to place the notice behind the bar.

For applicants wishing to make a new application under the 2005 Act, without grandfather rights, certificates from Building Standards, Planning and Environmental Health will be required to be submitted with the application. These certificates can be obtained by completing the forms below and returning them to the relevant department. Please note that the various departments may make a charge for this service. Files will open in MS Word format in a new window.
