Who is entitled to free school meals?

If you are receiving either Income Support, income-based Job Seekers' allowance, Child Tax Credit but not Working Tax Credit, and your income, as assessed by the Inland Revenue, is not higher than £15,575, or support under Part VI - Immigration & Asylum Act 1999, you can apply for free school meals for any of your children attending school.
