The Reporters findings are recommendations only, and the Council is not legally obliged to accept them, although it is customary to do so. These findings cannot be used as material considerations for the consideration of planning applications.
The Inquiry Report was considered by the Planning and Regulatory Services Committee on 12th August 2008.
The Committee approved a number of changes to the Plan, which will be advertised as a Third Schedule of Modifications, with a closing date of 3rd October for any objections to be submitted. Any objections must be on new grounds, and not on matters that have already been considered at Inquiry.
An objection form
is also available electronically.
