How can I get a new bin if my bin has been damaged by the collection service? 

Please telephone 01343 557045 and we will arrange for the exchange of your damaged bin.


How can I get another bin if my bin has been stolen? 

Please telephone 01343 557045 and we will arrange for the delivery of a replacement bin.


How can I get more bin bags? 

You will only be supplied with bin bags if you are an "assessed " property. This means that if you are unable to site a bin at your property and have to use an alternative arrangement. Please call 01343 557045 and request that additional bags are required.


How can I obtain a new bin? 

New properties are required to purchase a bin, this costs £33.42. Additional bins are unavailable to existing properties, if you are experiencing difficulties in dealing with your waste then please contact 01343 557045 for advise.


How much does it cost to get more bin bags from the council?

Bin bags are only supplied to the properties that are classed as "assessed" properties - i.e. there is no bin sited at the property.



Will the Council clean my wheelie bin?

No. You are responsible for keeping your own bin clean.
