Moray Council Headquarters Campus

Following the Council's purchase of the former Aldi supermarket building in Elgin, the Council will shortly be inviting 5 contractors to tender for the conversion of the former supermarket into offices which, combined with the existing Headquarters building, will form part of the new HQ campus. It is envisaged that the works will be completed by summer 2011.
