| 1There were no drop outs and all those leaving the programme left for permanent work with reputable organisations mainly in the public sector. Two remaining by-products of the programme are: interest from young people looking for work or work experience with Moray Council; and continuing support and encouragement from the managers who had provided the apprentices with a placement. |
