Draft documents of a Conservation Area Appraisal, Management, Action and Interpretation Plan have now been completed and are available for public consultation. The draft documents are available to view within the ‘Castle to Cathedral to Cashmere’ display area in Elgin Library.
If you have any comments/feedback you would like to put forward, please complete a feedback form and return it by 7th February 2010 at the very latest. Forms are available at Elgin Library and can be handed in at the Library Reception. Alternatively, you can return by post to Pamela Harty, The Moray Council, Environmental Services, Council Offices, High Street, Elgin, IV30 1BX or you can email your comments to pamela.harty@moray.gov.uk
