FOI Request - Staff Sick Days 2011/2012

Please could provide details of staff sick days over the last two calender years (1/Jan/2011 - 31/Dec/2011 AND 1/Jan/2012 - 31/Dec/2012)

Could this information be broken down to show:

1.) The overall number of sick days for each year, could this total be further broken down by department.
2.) A breakdown of the explanations given for sick leave.
3.) The longest single period of sick leave for each year - showing the reason and the department the individual works in.
4.) How much in monetary terms each years sickness has cost the council in wages/cover and other costs.
