Could you please supply me with the following information in relation to the performance and operation of your obligations, duties & responsibilities under the Curators ad Litem and Reporting Officers

(Panels)(Scotland) Regulation 2001:

1. Your policies, procedures, records, notices, advertisements and correspondence (including e-mails) in relation to the above legislation.

2. Information on - including dates of - all consultation, formulation, review or amendment of the policies and procedures in 1 above and the professional qualifications of those involved in those processes.

3. Information relating to any consideration of Articles 8 & 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights - and the positive obligation on you as an authority to protect and promote those rights - in relation to the above legislation.

4. Information relating to any consideration of the genuine participation rights of children as covered by the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child - in particular Articles 12, 13,
