I would  the information to cover the last three financial years and to be broken down by year (ie for 2010/11, 2011/12 and 2012/13):  

(1) I would like to know how many public toilets the council operates throughout its area.

(2) I would like to know how many of the public toilets make a charge for  use.

(3) I would like to know how much revenue has been raised through these charges.

(4) I would like to know the budget for public toilets in the council area.

(5) I would like to know how many staff are involved in the operation of public toilets

(4) 2010/11 - £433,676

2011/12 - £201,533

2012/13 - £174,213

(5) 4.38 mobile toilet cleaners 0.6 FTE for Management/Administration
