1 – Could you please tell me how much the council has paid to replace lost or stolen residential wheelie bins and recycling box bins each year for the past five years?

1a – Could you tell me how many bins have been lost and how many have been stolen each year for the past five years – broken down to show wheelie bins and recycling boxes separately?

2 – Could you please tell me how many fines have been issued to local residents for losing their bins each year for the past five years?

2a – Could you disclose the total figure for these fines each year for the past five years?

3 – Could you please tell me how many fines have been handed out to people who leave their bins out each year for the past five years?
