1) Any published policy you have on the rights to information of non resident parents about their children's progress in school;

2) Any specific initiative(ie leaflet or e mailing or special meeting) explicitly targeting non resident parents to encourage them to become part of the school community;

3) The results of any parental involvement audit you have carried out with reference to fathers in general or non resident parents in particular;

4) The results of any exercise you have carried out to "father proof" school published material, communications or administrative processes to ensure they are equally welcoming and equally effective for fathers and mothers;

5) What proportion of your school roll have parents who do not live together;

6) What systems you have in place to ensure that schools have current contact details for non resident parents ie do you rely on the parent with care supplying information about the non resident parent;

7) What systems do you have in place to ensure that relevant information about parent's nights, school events and the wider school community are supplied separately (if desired) to the non resident parent;

8) Any published instructions to head teachers about matters arising - such as helping with after - school clubs or sports training - when parents live apart.

5. The number of children who have 2 contacts listed as “parent”, and who are residing at different addresses is 1461.  This is 12% of the Moray school roll.
