FOI Request - Council Service Databases

Request 101000216080

The Citizen’s Account system provides each person who registers for a National Entitlement Card (NEC) with a Unique Citizen’s Reference Number (UCRN).

a) Which of the council’s service databases include a data field of ‘UCRN’?

For example, does the libraries department database include in the template for an individual file or record a space to record a person’s UCRN?
Which other services have databases which do likewise?
Perhaps school cashless catering, educational records, leisure centre membership (this list is not exhaustive).

b) For each of those databases in Answer a), what information on an individual does the database store, beyond those relevant to an individual’s identity?

For example, the libraries department database – beyond name, address, UCRN etc. - may store information on what books have been borrowed by an individual etc..
