Could I please have details entailing the public owned buildings within the moray council in Forres.

1. Details of when these buildings became part of the councils property portfolio and their estimates cost to upkeep and run. This would also contain staffing cost looked into for the museums service up to director level.

The buildings most interest in are the Falconer Museum, Tollbooth, Nelson's tower, the community centre and town hall.

2. The second request would be the estimated or exact values of the buildings listed above.

1. We do not have dates of acquisition on the database; this information is not held and is therefore exempt under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.. Title deeds are publicly available documents held at Registers of Scotland. 

Future maintenance costs are not held for all of these buildings.  

Falconer Museum (Last surveyed in Mar 2009):

Property leased to Forres Heritage Trust.  Last surveyed in 2005.  No recent information on future maintenance requirements.
