10. There is no specific counselling of older workers regarding retirement, as retirement is not obligatory at age 65, nor can the Council impose retirement.

11.  Performance is supported through the ERDP (Employee Review & Development Programme) process at supervisory level, but ERDP does not include performance appraisal.  Performance is supported/addressed through the year as part of day to day supervisory responsibility.  Ultimately the Libraries and Museums Manager is responsible.
